Join The County of San Diego For A 5K Run/Walk to Create Awareness of the countywide Live Well San Diego vision for a healthy, safe, and thriving region.
Join former Chargers player, Nick Hardwick, as we bring together the San Diego community to create awareness of the countywide Live Well San Diego vision for a healthy, safe, and thriving region. The Live Well San Diego 5K will be held On Saturday, May 30, 2015 at NTC Park at Liberty Station in beautiful Point Loma. This will be a fun, family-friendly event for all ages, including a kid’s fun zone. The following is a proposed sponsorship agreement for the 2015 Live Well San Diego 5K.
By registering for this event you will receive an all-inclusive package featuring:
- Opportunity to walk/run along the water in NTC Park at Liberty Station in Point Loma
- 5K Walk/Fun run
- Commemorative Live Well San Diego 5K shirt
- Participant Medal
- Race gift bag and post-race activities
After the 5k we have lots of activities FOR ALL AGES including:
- Autograph booth featuring former San Diego Chargers player Nick Hardwick and other current/former Chargers players**
- Free Drinks and Snacks
- Kids Fun Zone - featuring bounce houses, games and contests
- Live Well San Diego resource fair with giveaways

Any proceeds from this event will go to the Polinsky Children’s Center (PCC) Trust Fund that benefits children in foster care. Polinsky Children’s Center is operated by San Diego Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), and is the County’s 24 hour emergency shelter for children that are abused and/or neglected.
